Chris Clark

Chris Clark has been the pastor at East Clairemont since 1998. Born and raised in Long Beach and licensed to the ministry in 1979, he is a graduate of California Baptist University in Riverside (BA, BS) and of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas (MDiv).

Pastor Clark has over 25 years of ministry experience, including 18 years of youth ministry and 11 years of Christian Education experience. After serving in a church in Texas during seminary, Pastor Clark has been in California since 1987, having served in churches in Sacramento and Westminster before coming to San Diego. He has been married to the former Terri Henderson since 1987. The Clarks have four children: Evan, Elise, Eric, and Elaine.
